Product Description

PVDF chips GP-05
GP-05 is a kind of VDF homopolymer with moderate melt mass flow rate and medium viscosity, and is in the category of thermoplastic fluororesin. This resin can resist most of the chemical media with characteristics of superb heat resistance, high mechanical strength, high wear resistance, UV resistance and radiation resistance. Compared with VDF homopolymer products of similar makes, GP-05 resin has better high temperature thermal stability.
GP-05 resin can be processed into pipe fittings, pump valves, packings and membrane of various specifications and other various kinds of workpieces using processing methods of extrusion molding and injection molding. Processing temperatures are normally in the range of 180ºC - 300ºC according to different methods of processing. VDF homopolymer starts slight decomposition when temperature is above 300ºC and gives off hydrogen fluoride gas.

Precautions
1. GP-05 should be packed in PE bags and then sealed in outer packing bags. Net content of each bag is 25 kg. Packing can be done in accordance with user's requirements as well.
2. GP-05 should be stored in clean and dry warehouse.
3. Measures should be taken to protect the product from strenuous vibration and moisture when it is being transported.
4. It should be avoided to process and use the product at temperatures high than 370ºC for prevention of poisonous fumes produced from decomposition.
