GDY-1 is powdery and can be mixed with acrylic resin and additives to form a baking PVDF fluorocarbon coating with excellent performance. Compared with other brands of PVDF, GDY-1 is more suitable for preparing topcoats and light-colored coatings in baking PTDF fluorocarbon coatings.

Using GDY-1 as raw material, the fluorocarbon coating prepared by proper mixing and spraying process has good mechanical strength and toughness, outstanding outdoor durability and weather resistance to irradiation and harsh weather conditions, and can be used for a long time in a wide temperature range and basically maintain its performance.

Precautions:
1. GDY-1 should be packed in double polyethylene plastic bags and packed in hard paper barrels with a net content of 20kg per barrel. Can also be packaged according to user requirements.
2. GDY-1 shall be transported away from damp, rolling and violent vibration.
3. GDY-1 should be stored in a clean, ventilated, cool and dry warehouse.
4. This product should avoid processing and use at a temperature above 315ºC to prevent the decomposition from generating toxic gases.
