Spunlace nonwoven fabric is a form of nonwoven Fabric created by carding, wet-laying, or air laying, with the bonded Fabric being nonwoven. Spunlace Fabric is produced from polyester or nylon and reinforced using a unique method. This Nonwoven Fabric uses high-pressure water jets that enter the web, hit the conveyor belt, and bounce back due to the entanglement of fibers.

Spunlace nonwoven fabric has different physical properties than catheter Nonwoven Fabric. It is the only nonwoven Fabric that, in terms of hand and microfiber nonwoven fabric characteristics, can make its end product resemble a textile.
