Generally, the fiber materials of spunlace non-woven fabrics have a wide range of sources and can use polyester, nylon, polypropylene, viscose fiber, chitin fiber, microfiber, silk, bamboo fiber, wood pulp fiber, seaweed fiber, etc. material.

Viscose fibers are cellulose fibers. It uses natural fibers (wood fibers, cotton linters) as raw materials, and is made into soluble cellulose xanthate through alkalization, aging, sulfonation and other processes, and then dissolved in dilute lye to make viscose.

At present we have spun lace nonwoven 5 lines, 

• capacity 20,000 tons per year; 
• 60-70% spun lace exported;
• Both parallel lapping and cross lapping are available. With 2.0-2.2M, 3.1-3.2M.

• cross lapping: 45-100gsm,
• domestic lines and European lines.
• By the end of 2022, capacity will be 70,000 tons, a total of 10 lines.
