What is ES hot air nonwoven?
Hot air nonwoven, also known as tuyere cotton, is a new type of thermal insulation material. Its fixing method is not to use latex but to mix a certain amount of low-melting fiber or ES bi-component fiber in the raw materials. After heat drying in the production process, the fibers are sintered immediately, so it also belongs to synthetic fiber filter cotton.
"ES" in ES hot air non woven is a kind of composite fiber, which is the abbreviation of "Ethylene-Propylene Side by side" in English, and it is the name of raw materials. As a new type of thermal-bondable composite fiber, ES fiber has been highly evaluated in the world. The "hot air" refers to a process in which after the fiber is carded, the hot air on the drying equipment is used to penetrate the web and make it bond to the non-woven fabric.
This kind of fiber has a low melting point and good flexibility, while the core has a high melting point and high strength. After the fiber is heat-treated, a part of the skin layer is melted to play a bonding role, and the rest remains in the fiber state and has the characteristics of small thermal shrinkage. The fiber is especially suitable for the production of sanitary materials, thermal fillers, filter materials, and other products in the hot air penetration process.
