Production Procedure:
· Step 1:color matching
· Step 2: PP resin is extruded into PP fibers, This is a step to control the tensile strength of the fabric.
· Step 3:Extruded PP fibers are woven into the body fabric by circular looms.
· Step 4:Fabric is cut to the length to become the bag as per the customer's required size.
· Step 5: Stitching can be done by professional skilled operators.
· Step 6: Inspect each bag before packing to ensure cleanness and quality.
· Step 7:Bags are bound bundles and packed by bales.

2. How can I get some samples?
If you have the samples now, kindly send them to us, we will ask our technology team to test and evaluate your samples, then we will discuss with you what we can do and how to supply and control the quality better, then produce the counter samples as your requirements.
If it's your first time purchasing it, you can provide the quality data and the test standard, then we'll produce the samples for you.
3. What's your delivery time?
Usually, it's 25-35 days on receipt of the deposit or L/C at sight. Of course, it will depend on your purchase quantity and our factory's production schedule.
